This study examines the determinants of health-seeking culture among women reproductive age in Calabar Metropolis, Nigeria. The identified this were belief systems, level education, cost healthcare services, and Proximity. researcher used descriptive survey design to sample opinion representatives get a detailed description childbearing using quantitative qualitative data. Six hundred (600) sampled from residents Metropolis. Both data retrieved research questionnaire in-depth interview schedule. (586) subjected frequency percentage counts, simple linear regression at significance 0.05. In contrast, transcribed supplement responses. addition, analysed by into themes based on objectives. findings indicate that: there is significant relationship between system age; substantial education has meaningful with age, Proximity facilities age. concludes that women's behaviour significantly retrained beliefs, levels, cost, Based finding, it recommended people's opinions be strongly considered instilled practice. Also, health awareness should created various social media platforms address issues arising self-medication
